Baggage Limitations, Promotions & Allowances

Baggage Weight Limitations:

We kindly remind our valued passengers to adhere to the designated weight limits for each piece of checked baggage. This regulation is implemented in strict compliance with local occupational safety standards.

If your baggage exceeds the specified limit, you will be asked to repack your belongings to meet the requirement. Please note that baggage exceeding the allowed weight cannot be accepted at check-in and may need to be shipped separately as freight or cargo.

Special Promotions for Checked Baggage:

From time to time, we offer special promotions that may include additional weight or an increased number of checked bags per passenger. In such cases, the maximum baggage allowance will be clearly indicated on your ticket, in accordance with the terms of the promotion.

Carry-On Baggage Allowance:

In consideration of safety and passenger comfort, each traveler is permitted to bring one carry-on bag weighing no more than 7kg and measuring no larger than 45 x 35 x 15 cm.

In addition to the main piece of hand luggage, passengers may also carry the following items free of charge:

1. One overcoat, wrap, or blanket.
2. One small lady's handbag, wrist bag, or bag with a shoulder strap.
3. One umbrella or walking stick.
4. One small camera and/or binoculars.
5. One infant's carrying basket or baby stroller, to be placed in the cargo compartment.
6. A reasonable amount of reading material for the duration of the flight.
7. Infant food for consumption during the flight.
8. For passengers with disabilities, one wheelchair (to be placed in the cargo compartment) or one pair of crutches.
