Check-in Procedures
- Passengers are strongly advised to arrive at the airport
no less than 3 hours and 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure.
- This time allows for check-in, boarding pass issuance, and luggage drop-off.Passengers are strongly advised to present themselves at the airport no less than 3 hours and 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight. Travel Requirements
- A
valid passport and
necessary travel documents must be presented.
- Luggage should be securely packed, properly labeled, and comply with baggage rules.
- Extra time is recommended for those with checked baggage or connecting flights.
Security Protocols
For the safety of all passengers, the following rules apply:

- Prohibited items include:
Samsung Galaxy Note7, compressed gases, explosives, flammable liquids, corrosives, sharp objects, and weapons.
- E-cigarettes must be carried in
carry-on baggage only, in line with FAA regulations.
- Hoverboards and self-balancing devices are not permitted.
- Passengers must fully cooperate with airport security screenings.
Boarding Etiquette
- Listen carefully to
boarding announcements and follow your assigned group number.
- Keep
boarding passes ready for scanning.
- Store
carry-on items in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you.
- Take your assigned seat promptly and follow crew instructions.
In-flight Conduct
- Switch off
electronic devices during takeoff and landing.
- Always follow instructions from the cabin crew.
- Remain seated when the
seatbelt sign is illuminated.
- Be courteous and respectful to fellow passengers.
Arrival Protocols
- Collect personal belongings promptly.
- Follow airport signs to
baggage claim.
- Wait patiently for checked luggage at the carousel.
- Proceed to
customs and immigration when required.
- Carry a spare change of clothes in hand luggage in case of baggage delays.
Flight Disruptions & Cancellations
Information & Rebooking
- In case of flight cancellation, flyplus will notify passengers promptly and provide the reason.
- Passengers will be rebooked on the
next available flight at no extra charge.
- Ensure your contact details are up-to-date for timely updates.
Meals & Accommodation During Delays
- Up to 60 minutes: Ground staff provide updates on the delay.
- 1h30m – 2h: Soft drinks and water provided (voucher for Europe flights).
- 2h – 3h: Soft drinks and snacks.
- 3h – 6h:
- Breakfast: 2 sandwiches, 1 dessert, 1 beverage, 1 garnish.
- Lunch/Dinner: Full hot meal.
- More than 6h (Europe flights): Hotel accommodation, meals, and transfers provided, with staff assistance.
Compensation
- Compensation may apply depending on regional regulations if the cancellation is airline-related.
Refunds & Denied Boarding
- Full refunds available for passengers who choose not to be rebooked.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days, provided the request is made within 48 hours of cancellation notice.
Name Changes
- Individual name changes are not permitted.
- Group name changes allowed up to 7 days before departure.
Refund Policy
- Refunds follow the fare rules on the GDS and flyplus’ booking system.
Rebooking
- Rebooking is permitted subject to fees and conditions based on the booking class.
Baggage Policy
- Standard weight and dimension allowances apply.
- Additional baggage may be purchased via the
flyplus
website.
- Cardboard boxes are accepted as checked luggage if they meet specific dimension and wrapping requirements.
